Kimi announced an organization Admin API on November 2. Teams can connect member and project administration, inference-key management, billing, usage and audit queries to their existing systems instead of repeating console work.

Administration has its own access controls

Organization verification is required. Admin API credentials are separate from inference credentials and are limited to the owning organization. The guide describes selectable read and write scopes; write operations also require the key owner to remain an organization administrator.

The API can inspect, rename and revoke existing inference keys, but cannot create them. The guide says Admin API calls have no additional charge. This is an administration update, not an inference-price reduction, model launch or confirmation of K3.1 weights. We read the announcement and documentation without creating credentials or making authenticated API calls.
